My Lord, my God, my Heavenly Father
You stretch out your hand to me
Full of unfailing love, Grace, and mercy
Your love holds me tight
Because it is who you are, my Lord
Your grace is poured out to me
Because you chose to call me, my God
Your mercy is everlasting
Because you are the perfect Father
Your hand reaches down and I hold it
You became flesh to find me
I rejoice in my adoption
Your Kingdom calls, here I am
I look to you and you smile
I call to you and you answer
Righteousness is my desire
Only through you can I find it
Only through your grace do I know you
Know my heart and fill it with your Spirit
Until I stand in your presence I sojourn
Lead my steps here, and then home
The love you pour out is returned
Until you return to erase all evil
