(James 3:17) But the wisdom from above is first (1)pure, then (2)peaceable, (3)gentle, (4)open to reason, (5)full of mercy and (6)good fruits, (7)impartial and (8)sincere.
(6) Full of Good Fruit
Producing positive or beneficial results or outcomes
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. True wisdom exhibits these fruits in daily life not just situationally. Wisdom is evident through the deeds that accompany it. I believe the good fruit here refers to the good that comes from wisdom being included in the situation. True Godly wisdom should be accompanied by true Godly outcomes that resemble those of the spirit. God’s wisdom yields Godly results. If poor results come from what we consider Godly wisdom we must see where that wisdom falls short of God’s standard. The best wisdom is fruitful wisdom. God proves on a daily basis that His wisdom is perfect and it is the reason we are allowed to be loved by Him and reconciled to Him.
